You are not alone

If you are going through a parenting challenge, a hardship that seems insurmountable,
You are not alone!

If you are praying over a child with a disabilty or illness
You are not alone!

If you are parenting a teenager, toddler, grown adult, young adult, tween or baby,
You are not alone!

If you are just trying your best every day to be a postive light in your child's life,
You are not alone!

You may feel like you are,
Many parents have felt this way,
But, a pause of comfort can be found!

If you are facing these challenges or others, I encourage you to share them with family, friends and your God,
Because you are not, now nor will you ever, be alone!

This post goes out to a man who's words have helped me, and is facing a parenting challenge that will require strength, faith, and resolve. I don't know him personally and we have never met, but I pray, as this famliy faces this challenge, that the Lord will gather them in his arms
and say, "You are not alone!"

Tips for Soccer parents to remember from a Pastor

Picked up my daughter from school today and after getting a bite to eat went to Target to get her first soccer ball. She has been wanting to play soccer for a while now, so just to get her started I thought we would get a ball and go to the rec center to kick it around a bit. Soccer was never my sport growing up and my knowledge of it is very limited, but with that being said my daughter is awesome at soccer.
